I recently purchased (6/2023) a new kx 040 with thumb assembly built by CAL. Immediately noticed flexing, bending, and springing of thumb assembly when using. Mounting plate/ bucket/ thumb "pin"10 broke at 180 hours. I plan to contact CAL to see how they plan to handle this. Wendell Chastain, Murphy NC
