Met April at my site for an estimate. She provided the estimate, but kept saying they were several weeks out from doing the job. I patiently followed up for months. She stopped responding to calls and emails. Terrible customer service. Why people don’t have the decency to at least respond, I’ll never understand.
Had to girls come to my house to measure repair,told me it was gonna be expensive,I told them I already had a quote from another company last year for 11500.00, she said she would have a quote to me in 1 to 2 days,never received a quote in 4 days and also called and left messages. No response! I found another company that is doing it for 13k. Check around to companies that do paving, because this company is lacking alot in communication and customer service.
Tremendous work. I'm really grateful to them for their patience and upfront approach to our project.
I hired this paving company to sealcoat my driveway and they ended up fixing our drainage issues. Now, our asphalt looks perfect and is a great addition to our curb appeal.
