I park here fairly often, the rate is decent compared to other underground lots in the similar area. It’s kept quite clean and feels like a safe place to park. The spaces are quite small, though, and you’ll often find people have parked incorrectly, which ruins the next available space or sometimes makes it inaccessible. The single exit gate for those without a monthly pass is pretty slow; one of the slower transaction processing times I’ve seen. You don’t want to have to leave here at rush hour!

Reasonable price but had a terrible time getting back in at 4 pm on a Saturday as ALL the doors to the building were locked. Fortunately someone leaving could let me in. But there’s otherwise no intuitive way to get back down to the garage. I would not park here again

Not a bad option for parking in the heart of Ottawa downtown, close to many things, prices are reasonable and lots of spaces P3. Only thing is a bit confusing to get in as there are two doors one for monthly users and another one for paying users , also the signals inside could be better arranged as they could be confusing, I saw many drivers going the wrong way or backing up as they took the wrong route
