Snake Oil salesmen comes into my business, promising me cheaper rates if I sign up with them. A year later, paying double to triple for electric. Try and cancel, and get hit with $4000 in early termination fees. Customer service is non beyond horrible. Guess its time to hire a lawyer and sue them!

Scam of a company. They will auto-renew your contract at high rates claiming they sent you a notice to cancel it. My rate went from 7.49kwh to 8.99kwh without my knowledge or approval. It's been like that for 18 months. My usual provider is only charging 7.25kwh for energy
