I would like give no star. This is kind of scam company they give me more then double price compared with Natural Gas company. I request cancel the contract they asked me pay them most 800 to cancel it.
I have requested, in writing, for my service with Constellation to be cancelled. It is almost two months later and they are still charging me outrageous amounts of money for a two bedroom ranch home. If I could give them a NEGATIVE five star review, I would! My bill is nearly as much as a family member's bill who lives in a three-story, five bedroom, gas and electric house! Constellation, DO BETTER!
Wound getting a 300.00 bill one month and than a $405.00 THE FOLLOWING MONTH. Than an increase in the plan without notice. Canceled with them. Never again. Got me once.
I have no idea who signed me up with constellation but I know I did not. My electric bill is outrageous in an 5 room apartment. Something does not add up. I need to get rid of constellation. I did not sign any agreement with them
