I’m going to go on a bit of a rant here, what they did in Westchester county should be absolutely illegal. Instead of having you call, email, or send a letter confirming you want this if you don’t respond, they just go ahead without your consent and add consolation to your bill. Supposedly it is for a cleaner, energy source, they charge you extra money and make your bill way more expensive. I personally DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS…. I dislike very much that this company does not give the option or choice for a customer to opt in or out, they simply add a secondary charge to your bill without consent. The price is astronomical. If you care so much about the planet don’t be sneaky about charging people all this money on their bill you should be paying it yourselves.
My Bill went up every month because this company Thank you so much!
