Decent in-and-out storage experience overall, but the customer service can be lacking at times. There have been multiple occasions where neither operator answered the phone, or messages were read with no response. I currently have a two-unit storage space, and unfortunately, it leaks water. Several pieces of my furniture have gotten wet on multiple sides of the unit, even on dry days, which tells me the unit must have been soaked during rainy weather. Love this place! I have been renting a unit here for a little over a year now because of the specific needs that I have for a storage unit.... Secured, with hassle-free 24 hr access, clean facility, fantastic pricing, as well as being close to my work and home (it's directly on the route home from work). The best I’ve found in 20 years. I Had units somewhere else and talked to this owner. I was feeling trapped and overwhelmed. He was so much help! He Offered to find help with moving and combining units. Now we are saving a ton of $$ every month. This place is top notch: great lighting, safe secure, Very clean, and cheaper rates! Amazing care and compassion in helping me and my family. I would give 20 stars! Now feeling blessed and so thankful for good people :)
