Everything started off great with Matt, unfortunately it seems like I was ghosted by Matt. I don’t get my calls answered anymore and I don’t get called back. Same thing with emails, they go unanswered. Update: Matt was able to assist us with our claim and we are satisfied in the end. As a business owner myself I understand now that he was swamped with work but he got around to representing us. I have referred Matt to others as well.
