Such a disappointment. Waited for clam chowder for 20 min before we were told they were out of it. Took longer than that to get an iced tea. They were out of several items. Ordered fisherman's platter, which according to the menu includes whole belly clams. When it arrived there were clam strips.. Unable to find my waiter, another waitress told me they don't offer those anymore and haven't for weeks - apologizing and stating my server should have told me that - but that they added "extra things" to make up for it. I brought my mother for an impromptu lunch to celebrate her 86th birthday, and the food and service were awesome! We each had a Hugo spritz (highly recommended!) and shared the steak frites. Our server, Sedona, overheard me saying happy birthday to my mother and brought her a complementary piece of cake. My mother was delighted!
