This complaint has NOTHING to do with Dr. Constatine, she is an AMAZING DOCTOR! This complaint is for Shaw Medical Group! Apparently, Dr. Constatine left Shaw Medical Group, however, I wasn't notified via mail, email, or phone. Ran out of a prescription (non-controlled) I've been taking for more than 20 years, and was refused a refill until seen by a new doctor! This doctor office refused to call in 4 pills to last until (4 days), the earliest I could be seen, and told me if I had any issues (OF COURSE I HAVE ISSUES, I'M OUT... read more
So, I called to see if the dr was accepting new patients. First, person who answered did not answer professionally.... answered, “Hello? Who is this?” When I inquired if this was a doctors office, and if they were accepting new patients, was told no and then hung up on. Based off of their receptionist alone, terrible practice and very unprofessional.
WONDERFUL, She listens to you and takes her time, thats why the extra time in the waiting room is worth it, cuz the person before you is getting the attention you'll soon receive too....😀
