We love this product. We have a unique situation in that we are on a community well, but with full home solar/battery back-up. The result of that is we will have power, but the well won’t, so we would lose water rapidly, as a power outage never activated our water reserve. Support was *amazing* working with us to figure out how to use the system in that configuration. We lost our Water Well Pump and we bought a 3 each 120 gallon tank system form Constant Water, LLC. After we had it installed we have used the system twice already and it works great. We don't even notice a pressure difference. When I was doing research for a water storage system backup I started talking directly to to Judson the president and not only did he reply instantly he talked me thru the system.
