Recently we had Alex Yamamoto of Constant Maintenance come to our home to clean out a dryer vent, clean the dryer, and install a dryer vent on the soffit. Alex showed up time, was polite, well informed and went beyond our expectations as far as doing an excellent job. I would not hesitate to hire Alex again. He did also give us a fair window cleaning quote on the house windows. Job well done Alex!
I had Alex Y of Constant Maintenance come to do a gutter cleaning. He worked very quickly and the job was reasonably priced compared to a few other quotes I received. At my request he also did a roof inspection and took many photos of the roof, and provided solid, practical recommendations for roof maintenance without being pushy at all. Excellent work and would definitely hire again!
The guys at Constant Building Maintenance did a full exterior clean of my condo building including windows, stucco, balconies, patios, retaining walls, walk ways, underground parkade, etc. I was very happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. Thanks guys for fixing my parent's gutters. They are elderly and had water overflowing into the basement. Constant came right away and fixed the problem. They explained the issue providing before and after photos. When we are ready for our gutters to be cleaned at our home we will be giving you a call.
Constant cleaned our gutters this fall. They did a wonderful job and mentioned with a photo that our chimney had loose bricks and mortar. We never go on our roof so would have never know about this issue. Thanks!
