Beware of this company. They offer a one-month FREE trial. They say if you are not happy with the service if you are not getting the results that you expect, you can cancel and get a FULL refund. I signed up for the free trial and paid $52.25. The results were not what I expected and I requested a full refund. I got back $33.25. They told me the other $20 was for "add-on" services that I was never told about and their policy is not to refund the $20. AVOID THIS COMPANY. We barely used for six years, they kept jacking up the price, we call, phantom credits, then I spent over an hour with the manager... finally gave up and charged the $ back on my credit card. There are FAR better solutions out there!
Predatory billing practices! Do not use. I had an account that was paused / on hold. I attempted to close the account online - which is not possible - and accidentally unpaused my account resulting in a new monthly subscription fee. I called the same day and after having to jump through several hoops was eventually able to cancel the account over the phone. However they have refused to refund the new monthly subscription charge. Warning!!!! SCAM!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!! I spoke with their department and they said if I make an account then they would provide contacts of local property managers. They took my money ran. Their department sounds like a bunch of fools and this is why they have such a horrible rating on Google. Whenever they talk to me, the lie about random things. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.
This company is extremely misleading. Don’t be fooled by the “30-day money-back guarantee.” When attempting to cancel, they require you to upload all of your personal contacts into their system, which raises serious privacy concerns and feels completely inappropriate. Without uploading, they don't refund your money back. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and its products.
