I started with this company about a year ago and was very pleased with the product and felt safe that if I needed help I could get it. I just tried calling the company with a question and found out that their website is down, their phone numbers are no longer in service. Makes me wonder if this was a scam or a money laundering company.
My father who has recovered from spinal surgery and has received his Alexa device thru the VA has problems walking and is a fall risk. he fell in the bathroom and could not get back up he remembered the Alexa device and called for help. he lives alone and this is a big worry of mine. now I don't have to worry that he wont get the help he needs in time.
My mother is 97 years old and we were at a lost of how to care for her. With Constant Companion is always there for my siblings and me. She has been able to stay safely in her home and close to us. We are all so grateful for their help with her. A Big THANK YOU!!
Mark Gray explained, used patience and gentle encouragement in order to help my mother and I to understand the type of service and hardware we would receive. He was the consummate kind, knowledgeable and helpful instructor once we received the hardware and helped us set it up over the phone.
