Horrible Communication and Professionalism! I had to put my dog down on February 10th and chose Companion for her cremation. Despite leaving two messages that same day, she wasn’t picked up until Friday, spending the entire week alone at the vet, she meant the world to me and feeling like I abandoned her there hurts so much on top of grieving already. Our elderly cat passed away on Tuesday. I called companion and spoke with Carla. She was so kind and caring . She was a blessing. She does a very good job. I got his remains today. Again Carla was there and she was precious!! I will definitely recommend Companion to use. A+
Our elderly dog died at home in her sleep after a long illness. We drove her body to the mortuary. Constant Companion was compassionate in handling her body. The staff were quiet and respectful in our time of great grief and emotional pain. The death of a beloved pet is always traumatic. A professional, caring team paid attention to our wishes. The ashes arrived with a prayer and note on the Rainbow Bridge. We'd use them again without hesitation.
My beloved cat passed too soon and I've never had to make a call like this before. I called a few other places in the area as I've just moved here and was desperately trying to find someone who could help us. Everyone else (other vets or services) was so disrespectful and rude I cannot imagine how heartless people make money like they seem to.
