We had a deeply disturbing experience with Constant Companion in Cleveland, TN. After my beloved dog Bella passed on June 30, 2025, we opted for the after hour service advertised by this provider and dropped her off by 7 p.m. that day. We were met by a man in street clothes who never identified himself. He led us from the street straight into a dim room containing a cremation oven and a freezer. Companion Staff was very sympathetic and kind when our best buddy Rydar passed. They obviously have love for pets. We have several family members and friends who have used Companion and been very pleased. We didn’t use the vet pick up service…instead we let Rydar ride in the truck one more time. Thanks Companion.

We are so thankful for Constant Companion, especially Brittany. Saying goodbye to our sweet Deacon was so difficult but she made the process so much more comforting. She was kind, patient, and genuinely caring by walking us through everything with so much compassion. It meant so much to feel like Deacon was treated with love, even giving us updates and letting us know his status on being picked up. My husband and I will never forget how she made such a heartbreaking time a little bit softer.

Saying goodbye to our Harleigh girl definitely wasn’t easy, but Constant Companion made this incredibly difficult time a little more bearable. From the moment I contacted Brittany in their office, they were kind, understanding, and professional. They treated my pet with the dignity and care she deserved, and I truly felt they honored the deep bond we shared. I’m so grateful for the gentle, caring and supportive service our family received. I highly recommend to anyone going through the loss of a furry family member.
