The staff and owners of Constant Care take exceptional care of my aunt. We searched all of Colorado Springs for a close, loving place for her to comfortably live. The staff always keep open lines of communication and truly take a personal touch in their interactions with all residents. It is truly reflected in the peace, comfort and happiness of each resident. Amazing staff!
Management is extremely rude and disrespectful. They deny access to your own personal employee files and speak to you like your dirt on the bottom of their shoe. Crystal the house manager especially has a problem with being inconsiderate of staffs feelings and trash talks other employees to certain people (friends) within the company. They do not take acts of PHYSICAL ABUSE seriously and keep the same employees that have done harm to the residents.
