Have been with Constant Care for 17 years since they installed our system, and they installed our new control box. My serious problem with them is I called on two separate times regarding some issues with the box and the manager failed to return both calls. In other words, they failed to service a unit they installed.
Our technician was very professional, kind, and attentive to our family. Thank you
