My husband was in and out within thirty minutes. Amazing staff.
This office has been a nightmare from day one. I am on lifesaving medications that I need to take daily in order to survive, one of which being insulin. They don’t send prescriptions through correctly, or sometimes at all. I’ve been waiting for one in particular for over 2 weeks now. They don’t respond to the pharmacy, medical supply company or to me when I call. I have called and shown up numerous times and still no proper prescriptions have been filled. My Mom has been a patient since 1992. I’ve seen many different faces throughout the years in the front but I can tell the change with the recent staff. Dr Padihair has always been knowledgeable and if you can’t afford a prescribed medication, he will give you samples. Teresa and Shona show true care and compassion for their patients. The young lady in the lab always has a smile. You can tell that they have a genuine love for what they do. The staff goes above and beyond to insure the health of their patients.
