Unfortunately wasn't a great experience. First the web site for booking a drop in was hard to navigate, also wouldn't give you a class schedule unless you signed up. 2nd Paid 20 dollars for a drop inn and there was no classes that day. No one at the gym , no one answered the phone. Wasted 20 dollars on nothing. I do not recommend for drop inns. Also i Had to email the app steam fitness two times because their url adress changed to ask for a refund.
This gym is clean, organized, and well taken care of. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful with any stage of your fitness journey. The classes are well prepared, organized, and challenging. If you are looking for support, accountability, and a place to accomplish your goals this is the place to be.
Back in 2020 I was diagnosed diabetic for the first time. I went to Constancy Fitness for help with my overall health. The coaches and staff are awesome and within 6 months I was completely off of the insulin I had been prescribed and my sugar levels were AWESOME!! BTW, my A1C went from 14.2 to 5.8!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking to improve their overall health!!
LOVE this gym! They are very thorough, hardworking coaches that want the best for their members. They make working out so much fun and genuinely love being around their clients. They run great specials and make sure to celebrate successes!
