Dora is. Nightmare to work with she never has anything ready for Dr. Wash she’s always having to come out of the room and tell her she had this done. Frightful, simply frightful. Walked out seconds after arriving at the front desk. From the broken entry window sign to the total disarray of files, paperwork, and whatever could live within them in the reception area, it was disgraceful. No way would I trust my bloodwork, much less my health, to a medical facility with such filth and disorganization. I felt sorry for the patients who sat in the waiting room awaiting cancer care. I live an hour away and called to schedule an appointment (was scheduled within a 2-3 week period of calling which I thought was great) got to my appointment. Waited over 1 1/2hrs with 5 people ahead of me and 3 already in rooms. Saw a note inside the office on their door leading to patient rooms stating that it could take multiple hours to be seen past scheduled appointment. Say her in 2019 been calling no answer no updates nada how can she still be opened?went to hemotology oncologist in mmcyes I had to waite to get my records like 3 weeks but at least it's getting seen,heard ,and follow ups
I wish I could rate this lower than one star. However I can't because I didn't even see a doctor. For two scheduled appointments Dr wash was a no-show. I was a new patient went in for my first appointment and the doctor wasn't even there so I asked the staff, who was extremely extremely rude, Linda to be precise, always on personal calls, to reschedule me for the following Monday.
