On August 4, 2025, I initiated a small claims case and submitted the necessary paperwork for service around noon. Despite this, the documents have yet to be served, with the company citing difficulties in locating the correct address. A primary concern is the lack of proactive communication; updates are only provided upon my inquiry. This process appears to lack the expected level of professionalism.
Unfortunately not a good experience with them. Everyone I have interacted with has been nice but they couldn’t serve my small claim and has gone past 120 days. My case has gone from 1-2 months without any updates despite me emailing and calling them for any update because “deputies don’t get back to them” or “some staff are new and don’t know where to look for updates”. It was 4 months of going back and forth with nothing happened.
