Unfortunately not a good experience with them. Everyone I have interacted with has been nice but they couldn’t serve my small claim and has gone past 120 days. My case has gone from 1-2 months without any updates despite me emailing and calling them for any update because “deputies don’t get back to them” or “some staff are new and don’t know where to look for updates”. It was 4 months of going back and forth with nothing happened.
Constable Reitz has gone above and beyond to help me serve papers. They helped me understand what errors I had on my service documents, and helped me locate the defendants. Having never done this before, this was a welcome surprise. I half expected a service like this to say "You did it wrong. Pay another fee and try again" but it was the complete opposite!
