Store is always clean and friendly staff and we find the items we love ! Kate is always helpful and attentive
I was there this morning and the girl at cash, Melody was so lovely to my kids. Talked to them about the Pokemon they liked, the pops they liked, and talked to them as if they were adults, all while still attending to the other customers. I heard her speak the same way to another family who had come in, she was a literal ray of sunshine. Her demeanor and customer service was simply exceptional! Such a cool, fun, interesting store. So many Funkos Pops We will definitely be back! :)
