I cannot stand this company. Unfortunately my mom's assisted living used consonus, but it is so difficult every month paying this bill. I am never able to log in. I usually have to call, and the person on the other end of the phone is incompetent. The reason I don't have automatic payments is because they didn't know how to sign me up. I've just spent 30min trying to pay this bill. No luck.

I’m sure this pharmacy is fine and dandy but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere due to a bad experience with a tech. Ange chan had a bad attitude and was very unprofessional mean-girl vibes… passive aggressive. I expect better service from a so-called professional. Ange chan your job isn’t rocket science!! Move quicker & stop being so darn lazy otherwise don’t bother showing up to work. I get that you don’t get paid enough to do your job well but cmon!!
