Absolutely brutal experience with Consolidated Turf Supply in Kelowna. I purchased a hot tub from them and they agreed to ship it. The first one showed up damaged. Fine — mistakes happen. They agreed to send a replacement using their own transport provider. The second one also arrived damaged. I was told they would build a proper crate to ensure it was protected for shipping. Instead, it showed up wrapped in plastic. No crate. No added protection. Nothing. Completely unacceptable and the exact opposite of what I was told. Af... read more
