Surprised by the poor reviews on here. Our experience with Consolidated has been great. They are our internet provider at a lake cabin and the service was strong enough to support heavy design work for our son when he was working there remotely during COVID. Bryan, our service tech, has always been responsive. This past fall, he came out early on a day he'd taken off to travel to the state volleyball tourney to look at a project for us.

I live in a small town in Nebaska ... the signal (although I'm supposed to have the highest speed) is horrible. I travel for work - so am not home to get paper bills - supposed to be paperless, but evidently they haven't done that yet....I want to set up auto payments - can't do that online, you literally have to send in a piece of paper. I missed a payment - the "Reminder Notice" was sent on 8/10, received and paid on 8/13 - - ONLY to find out they have already suspended the account. Very good people to do business with, I created my password over the phone with the young lady in Lincoln. The Tec. was very professional and connected me in a timely manner.
