Absolutely fantastic, friendly, and fast service. Mark walked me through the process of servicing my machine and Cesar serviced it. It runs better than ever; this is the only place worth taking your chainstitch embroidery machine to.
The receptionist was super rude and hung up on me.
I paid $1900.00 for a Consew sewing machine from this company. They have sent me 5 damaged and defective tabletops rendering this machine unusable. They have blamed UPS for this when in fact it is the cheep packaging they use. To go further there is a defect in the cut out where machine head is to sit. At this point this company refuses either refund my money and pay to ship this useless machine back or to make it right by sending me a tabletop that is not defective or damaged.
