Sent us a bill for $100 after a doctor visit we were told was $150 out-of-pocket (paid the $150), no way to e-mail them and no one ever answers the phone or responds to voicemails.

Highly recommend! Care is good and timely response to messages. Patient portal is wonky and only works sometimes but that isn't a big deal. Dr Campbell and the NPs are great

There is something very broken about this business. It is clear that the mission of this consolidated practice is purely financial because my experience has been that most things concerning a patient's experience have been all but ignored. I cannot even get an appointment to see my internal medicine physician when I am sick. When I call to make an simple appointment for an annual physical, I have to schedule out 4 months and it is evidently a preposterous suggestion to be placed on a cancellation call list. I had to stop using this practice because the nurses do not return phone calls. I cannot receive adequate care without an open line of communication with my medical professional by way of the nurse or patient portal, which does not exist.

The online payment portal does not work. Not on Chrome and not on Safari. Need to upgrade technology!
