I been calling leaving msgs for someone to call me back . This has nothing to do with the Doctor but a lot to do with the company they have filing their paperwork .

Sent us a bill for $100 after a doctor visit we were told was $150 out-of-pocket (paid the $150), no way to e-mail them and no one ever answers the phone or responds to voicemails.

Highly recommend! Care is good and timely response to messages. Patient portal is wonky and only works sometimes but that isn't a big deal. Dr Campbell and the NPs are great

I had to see an NP because Dr. Warren was out. I had an appointment for hypo-thyroid treatment on NOVEMBER 19. It is now DECEMBER 10. I need medication. I have called countless times, left countless messages, and the NP will not call me back or even call in an rx. I'm over here with my hair falling out and my arms going numb, but it's like there's no record I was even there. Don't even bother to call unless you want to make an appointment, because any other department will not answer the phone. And just hope that any NP they... read more

There is something very broken about this business. It is clear that the mission of this consolidated practice is purely financial because my experience has been that most things concerning a patient's experience have been all but ignored. I cannot even get an appointment to see my internal medicine physician when I am sick. When I call to make an simple appointment for an annual physical, I have to schedule out 4 months and it is evidently a preposterous suggestion to be placed on a cancellation call list.
