The Insurance rates are okay. But one of the employees Jerry is very rude. We really hate dealing with him on any level. Sherry is nice and professional. Their secretary is very professional. We have several policies and just wish the professionalism from Jerry and his attitude was better. According to the BBB their doing well so that's very important.
