Staff is very helpful with ANY questions you may have. Sales counter has been reopened and is stocked well. Orders have been on time and the prices (for what we ordered) were less than we expected. Do yourself a favor and give these guys another try. You will not be sorry.
They reopened the public counter. The counter person was most helpful.
Zero help, probably have what you need but you can't get it unless you have a customer account.
After spending thousands of dollars over the last year buying hardware, tools and supplies they've closed their doors to the "public" and have zero in person customer support even with an account. This place is now worse than Fastenal. Terrible business practice.
