The "sales team" here decided to renege on selling me a simple piece of tempered glass with no good reason other than they want to protect their "trusted partner" in Pittsburgh, who are overcharging and gouging everyone for shower doors. I offered a remedy and they do not have the decency to return a phone call or email. Very unprofessional behavior, if not downright shady.
