Electricity has been great. This is about the IT support for fiber optic Tier2. Call center cannot do anything but make a ticket and then you wait until they bestow their support on you even though you make your living using their "great internet" resounding 0 out of 5 stars
This is absolutely the WORST electric company ever created. If you have options don't use them.
