Smart meters, dumb people. If you get the wrong person on the phone she will turn your power off out of spite while you are on the phone because she can. The highest rates I have paid in 4 states. Power has been off 3 times in 24 hours and they don't know why. Refuse to send a trouble man out to resolve the issue. If you are thinking about moving where consolidated is your power company.....
