I worked for this company. I was told by the Operations Manager, they have never paid anyone for orientation. I explained that it was Fedral Law. After two weeks I finally received my money. They pay their employees terribly, as well as, find loop-holes in the system to rob their employees of overtime pay. I am an 18 year experienced welder and was told to make uglier welds.
