I worked for this company for 2 years after being a welder for 16 years and then coming into this shop was life changing!! Constant drama INEXPERIENCED LAZY bosses! The pay is decent but not near worth the mental stress of dealing with the place no holiday pay and if you are lucky you will get a week of vacation after 3 years. If you are lucky enough to see the owner walking through the shop he won’t say a word he looks down on his employees and screws them over ever chance he gets!!!
