I have done business with CED for years through past managers and the current one who have all done an exceptional job. My salesperson Terry Scott is second to none with an incredible inside sales support staff. Have always recieved top notch service from every person there from counter sales to top managment. They have highly competitive prices but what keeps me coming back is the relationship built over years of dependable service.
They used to be a great supply house. Unfortunately after their manager Adam left & veteran employee BJ left they went down hill fast. Over several diffrent jobs dealing with diffrent employes they continuously get almost every delivery wrong. Then when they have an issue with the company you're working for despite you going to them personally to buy your own tools & such for over 20 years they now harrase you & the other employees unnecessarly. It's sad & pathetic to see how they are now.
Very good customer service and good prices.
