We've called 4 times in the last month and cannot get them to come out and fix the dusk to dawn light
The staff have been very friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend highly recommend them for their customer service.
Pretty horrible, they’ll make you pay a $600 deposit & won’t give it back until 2 years later. My bill is usually 200 every month, even if I used less energy than the previous month.
Very money hungry establishment. We had our bank account hacked and are currently in a dispute for a few thousand dollars and they all but told us tough luck they can extend by a few days but other than that nothing they will do whilst we have been loyal, good customers with a great payment history. Only down side of living in the country is dealing with consolidated electric, I can’t express to you how much of a hassle they are.
