Funny, they fixed our dust to dawn light in about a week. I was impressed. But, still haven’t been put on the email alert for our bill.
We've called 4 times in the last month and cannot get them to come out and fix the dusk to dawn light
The staff have been very friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend highly recommend them for their customer service.
Pretty horrible, they’ll make you pay a $600 deposit & won’t give it back until 2 years later. My bill is usually 200 every month, even if I used less energy than the previous month.
