I have done business with them years back and was fairly happy with them. I would not recommend them in the future. First issue is tou go online and click the Google call button thinking ypu are going to the WestBend store and it re routes you to a milwaukee location. My main complaint is I went to order some springs for my shop door and lady states that it's a commercial door and won't sell them to me. I'm a firm believer in right to repair. Great price...great service...done in 35 minutes. Thought it was just broken spring...Service tech found bad bearings as well. Cost $16 more than quoted. Good job!
Grizz came out and worked on problems. He was straight forward, efficient, kind, great sense of humor, and a delight to talk with. I've had service several times with Consolidated Door in recent years and have to give them credit for work well done and reasonable prices.
Simply wonderful! Jacob and Andy went above and beyond installing our three garage doors on this 90+ degree day. From the minute they arrived to the moment they left I was continually impressed.
