Worst place to pick up, 18:00 app but doesn't start until 21:00 then disappears. Drivers time isn't in their agenda they dont care.
Got here at 3:30pm for a 5pm appointment. To keep it brief didn’t get done being loaded until 2am which made me miss my delivery appointment which made me miss a whole day. But yet they have the nerve to charge driver if we’re late. Trash company
Got here at 2pm charged a late fee for 2 accidents I couldn't account for slowing me down. Appointment was at noon. After forking over $100 for the late fee I'm still sitting waiting for a door. It's 6pm now ridiculous
