“I am a truck driver and had a very disappointing experience at this warehouse. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m., but I arrived three hours early to be prepared and respectful of their schedule. Even with that, I was left waiting for hours without being unloaded, and there was no clear communication from staff about the delay. What made the situation worse was the poor attitude at check-in.
