Coming from the east side of Columbus, Consolidated Cooperative has been such a relief compared to our previous utility companies. We've had to call in the middle of the night, and within 30 minutes they had our power restored. Thanks to their quick response, we didn't have any issues with our sump pump or flooding. We really appreciate the fast, reliable service.

I can't believe anybody would rate Consolidated less than five stars. When Harlem Township was hit by a tornado, we had power by 11:00 the next morning; AEP customers had to wait days in some areas of the township. When we were getting blips and interference, Consolidated came out, took one look at the line from the pole to our house, and replaced the whole line.
