Whoever runs their fiber optic division needs to find a new job. Had fiber optic laid The middle of January. Was scheduled to have the line buried at 31 March no-show, No phone call, No rescheduling, Just want you to keep paying that invoice
I can't believe anybody would rate Consolidated less than five stars. When Harlem Township was hit by a tornado, we had power by 11:00 the next morning; AEP customers had to wait days in some areas of the township. When we were getting blips and interference, Consolidated came out, took one look at the line from the pole to our house, and replaced the whole line. We've battled with CE (Consolidated Electric) for >20 years. Weekly outages they don't show. They recently replace poles & meter to improve service yet we're here in the dark & medical equipment not working. There's no escalated que for medical needs. Been talking with Dan Amoto, Engineering Manager, over a decade. Really tried to be gracious but enough is ENOUGH.
Huge storms hit sunbury Ohio, many trees down, power lines hit and they had the power back on overnight within 3 hours, top notch response time and action
