I can't believe anybody would rate Consolidated less than five stars. When Harlem Township was hit by a tornado, we had power by 11:00 the next morning; AEP customers had to wait days in some areas of the township. When we were getting blips and interference, Consolidated came out, took one look at the line from the pole to our house, and replaced the whole line. We've battled with CE (Consolidated Electric) for >20 years. Weekly outages they don't show. They recently replace poles & meter to improve service yet we're here in the dark & medical equipment not working. There's no escalated que for medical needs. Been talking with Dan Amoto, Engineering Manager, over a decade. Really tried to be gracious but enough is ENOUGH.
