Brand new door had a shatter glass on the outside one morning. No signs of anything hitting it. My wife called about it and was told glass is not under a warranty. No mention of let us come look at it to see if there was a defect that caused it. Also told no companies warranty their windows but a quick Google search says different....Very Disappointed!
