My experience has not been a good one with CBS. I started the process of replacing 2 of my doors at the end of April. I wanted a front door with 2 small windows at the top and a back door like I had for the back with a small dog door. At long last and no communication from anyone at CBS I had my door installed June 16. The front door is great. I love it. No one told me that I would have to paint it but no one has told me anything. Its a little late to be posting this but I dont recommend this place. One window failed and they wouldn't warranty it. The screens are all torn up from hail now too. Cheap products. Definately not the sample the sales guy brought to the house. They installers were also instructed to place the new door on the side of the house. When I got home, it had been installed as the front door and my expensive wooden front door was gone with them. I let it slide after I was told it would be fixed. Several years and nothing. We have purchased doors and windows from CBS for both of our home builds, and Scott in sales has been amazing to work with throughout the process. Unfortunately, our experience after installation has been very different. If you have an issue after install, customer service becomes extremely frustrating. The service department has not been helpful, and the service manager was rude and dismissive when we reached out regarding problems with our newly installed double doors.
