Brian completed an appraisal for my parent's estate on a bitter cold day in January. He showed professionalism and dedication to get the job done quickly but also exhibited kindness in taking the time to explain the process to me despite the frigid temperatures. I would definitely hire Brian McGuire at Consolidated for our appraisal needs in the future.
They hire a staff of primarily brand new appraisers with little to no experience. They drastically undervalued my property. I know of several other people that have also had their properties drastically undervalued. The owners will not adjust any appraisal, despite the facts. When needing a property appraised be sure you tell the bank do not use this company.
My property is difficult to find comps for. So, instead of using common sense to assess value, they just gave my building next to no value because they couldn't find a comp. Lazy, inexperienced, and zero integrity. For property that is not cookie cutter, these guys have no clue.
