There internet cuts out over 100 times in a single month to the point I think there doing it on purpose we can't change our Internet due to where we live and they know it and they refuse to help us with it to a point to where I'm thinking about getting legal help or going to file a complaint with the FCC
I always enjoy being able to call Consolidated Pay by phone, automated, easy 3 part service. 4$ for the convenience. Until last month I was redirected to foreign countries asking for is 9 .25 $service fee. NO, I want to be transferred back to the automated service, then they hang up on you. You are about to lose a long standing customer Consolidated
I don't know why they have a chat option. You can wait 30 minutes or more just to move up one place in queue. Terrible service as well as trying to contact them. I do not recommend!
Terrible rerrible terrible payed over 80 dollars a month for 20mbps speed got the 100mbps and new router now doeant work at all switching to mediacom monday morning literally paying for noth they told me the wiring is to old to get more the 100 mbps speed lol isnt that there job justvlook elsewhere for any of there services youll end up with 8 techs and still bo resolution simply cause all there wireing is original and old amd they wanma take profit instead of fixing there issues for the customers
I was given an amount when started service and slowly that amt is going up, also when i call in to make a payment the only time my wifi goes out is when im entering my card number, and i cant go thru so they keep repeating we did not recieve your number, just sounds fishy works perfect up till i give my credit catd number then its poor reception please check into this so we dont wonder if your number has been havked
