Very helpful
Poor website layout, customer service is atrocious. They'll change prescription co-pays arbitrarily and without giving any reason.-- my insulin went from$10 a month to $40, then they've switched me off of my insulin for another one, only to be switched back to my first one. There was a month when they accidentally labeled my insulin as a category 4 drug (luxury status- like Viagra)- and they charged $90- no apology or refund for their mistake.
