This review is mainly for the customer service experience we received at the Encinitas location. The gentlemen in the "blue shirts" were class acts: friendly, answered all our questions, and politely helped us when we were loading our purchase. The gentleman at the jewelry counter was of the same caliber: he was friendly, patient, and engaging throughout our interaction. The one-star is for the staff at the front desk. Shout out to Rob who consistently goes out of his way to make both my consigning and shopping experience awesome. For instance, today he moved and carried several items in order to help me compare a few different pieces. When I bring in consignment items, Rob is efficient, helpful and fair with pricing. I enjoy coming into this particular Consignment Classics location because of the team there, particularly Rob and Suzy! This store is by far the cleanest and well organized.

Seriously… I’m a super nice human and always walk into a place with a smile on my face… That being said… I drove to the back of the Encinitas store to drop off a bunch of stuff many of it brand new still in the original box… I walked up to the staff in my friendly way and said hello… Before I could say anything else this little Prima-donna of a guy rudely tells me to sign in.
