Shout out to Rob who consistently goes out of his way to make both my consigning and shopping experience awesome. For instance, today he moved and carried several items in order to help me compare a few different pieces. When I bring in consignment items, Rob is efficient, helpful and fair with pricing. I enjoy coming into this particular Consignment Classics location because of the team there, particularly Rob and Suzy! This store is by far the cleanest and well organized.

Seriously… I’m a super nice human and always walk into a place with a smile on my face… That being said… I drove to the back of the Encinitas store to drop off a bunch of stuff many of it brand new still in the original box… I walked up to the staff in my friendly way and said hello… Before I could say anything else this little Prima-donna of a guy rudely tells me to sign in. I no longer feel safe coming here. Terribly disappointed in this place. I have come here for years and now never will again. We have enjoyed going through the rows and have actually bought lots of things. Unfortunately there was an incident with a person at the desk using profanity and making racist remarks. I was appalled by the blatant hate and sexism and racism i was hearing from an employee working behind the desk.
