This place definitely exceeded my expectations! Most of the dresses are new and have great style selections, especially for the price. We also thoroughly enjoyed working with Jane. She was so patient and added to the experience. Would recommend a visit here!
I had a great experience at Consignment Bridal & Prom! I went in looking for a wedding dress, but was unsure of what to expect as it was my first shop. My consultant, Susan, was so wonderfully helpful, kind and patient! She quickly understood my style and provided insight as to how dresses could be altered to meet my vision. This was the worst experience I ever had. I called about consigning my twin daughter’s prom dresses (the dresses are in great condition and fit my girls very well) and was given the days they take consignment. Nothing on there website listed dresses they don’t take, JJ’s House or Windsor. I drove to the store to be told they don’t take those and was told It used to be listed in our website. Very disappointing as well as the fact they are located completely off the beaten path.
