Wow--most honest business EVER!!! They accidentally overcharged me \$18.95, and I had no idea since I bought enough that the total did not jump out at me as wrong. I paid by check, so they had my name and phone number, and the business owner called me that night. He noticed the error when something did not reconcile, and bent over backward offering me options to repay the error. In the end I decided to pick up cash at the store the next day, but I spent it right there anyway...hard to get out of this place without finding so... read more

SWOCO was right--this is the best consignment store in Roanoke. Great stuff and great prices, and everything is easy to find. I can t wait to check out the new store when I get to that side of town!
