My wife and I only visited this store once, while we were building our house in Fall Creek, which is just south of this location. At first, the store looked fine, although the customer service was nothing to write home about. I actually found a safe I wanted to buy, but when I asked about it, the staff told me it wasn’t for sale—even though their policy says everything on the showroom floor is available for purchase.
