This was my first time having my car worked on by this "Consider it Fixed" auto shop but I have to say I felt comfortable leaving my car since, (from past experiences), I'm now normally very skeptical, but Mark, the owner was clear and open about what I needed to have done and didn't explain with a lot of "fluff" talk to prepare me for a padded bill. I just bought a Subaru recently and took it here after getting a 12 THOUSAND dollar repair quote from Bob Moore Subaru. To say the least when I left there I was crying.
