Bought a used car and process was smooth, straightforward and professional.
Had a really negative experience this morning. Took my car there for a tire repair due to a nail in it. The technician quickly pulled the nail out. Instead of filling this hole, he drilled another hole beside this nail hole and then repaired the hole he drilled. He left in such a rush without one single word. while I was still wondering what kind of new technique that could be, the lady boss came telling me that the repair was done. Have my car the front wheel bearing and Axle replaced by two senior technicians, it was done in scheduled time, and the charge is reasonable. The owner run the shop over 20 years.
