This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish the apartment complex would work directly with the water and electricity providers instead of using Conservice. Their customer service representatives are not helpful at all — they simply repeat scripted responses and provide no real solutions. Conservice Utility Management & Billing is a complete disappointment. They consistently overcharge me with an array of hidden fees every single month. It's beyond frustrating to see my utility bills inflated by charges that seem to appear out of thin air. Conservice: it's all in the name! It's a "con" posing as a "service"! Conservice leaves a trail of slime behind itself, in whatever community through which it slithers. Buy a new unit that is unoccupied for months and still get billed full price for utilities which - if properly metered - would show zero usage?! Conservice!
